Established engineering firm has an opening for a Senior Controls Engineer. This position will allow you to work on world renowned projects including sports, entertainment, aerospace and amusement parks. Direct hire position with very competitive benefits!
Duties:
- Serve as technical leader
- Mentor team of controls engineers
- PLC/HMI programming
- Implement Ethernet and other industrial LAN networks
- Lead projects from concept to completion
- Interface with customers and provide engineering leadership
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar
- 10+ years of experience in controls engineering
- Rockwell (Studio 5000) PLC programming proficiency required
- Experience developing prototype testing, commissioning and debugging
- VFDs, servo drives, and motor controller experience
- Experience with AutoCAD, Visual Basic, and C a plus
- Ability to travel up to 15%
Salary: $125-175K
