Position Summary
Lake Ridge Senior Living is seeking a friendly, driven, and motivated Marketing Director to join our administrative team. This individual will play a key role in building relationships with prospective residents, families, healthcare professionals, and community partners while promoting our compassionate assisted living services.
The ideal candidate is personable, energetic, goal-oriented, and passionate about helping seniors and their families find the support and care they need. This position combines marketing, sales, customer service, and community outreach responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct tours of the community for prospective residents and their families.
Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, including hospitals, rehabilitation centers, physicians, social workers, and community organizations.
Visit potential residents and families to discuss services and assess needs.
Make outbound and follow-up phone calls to prospective residents, families, and referral partners.
Respond promptly to inquiries regarding residency and community services.
Coordinate and participate in community events, health fairs, and networking opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of leads, tours, referrals, and move-ins.
Assist with developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase occupancy.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
Collaborate with the administrative team to ensure excellent customer service and a smooth move-in process.
Represent Lake Ridge Senior Living with professionalism and compassion at all times.
Support community reputation management and resident satisfaction initiatives.
Qualifications
Previous experience in marketing, sales, customer relations, healthcare, senior living, or a related field preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve goals.
Comfortable making phone calls, conducting tours, and networking in the community.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for community outreach activities.
