TITLE/POSITION: CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Superintendent with 5 to 10 years of experience in commercial construction. Must be willing and able to travel to job sites located in counties surrounding Southeastern Michigan. Degree in Construction Management, Certificate, and Training is a PLUS! Salary range provided is an estimate and will be determined based on experience and ability. This role is eligible for benefits.
Our ideal candidate for this role:
- Is well-organized and has successfully managed construction projects with multiple on-site subcontractors, prioritizing site safety
- Has excellent communication skills, which lead to building and interacting with the project team. The Team includes the project manager, project engineer, owners, architects, civil & structural engineers, inspectors, and subcontractors.
- Has knowledge and experience reading and understanding architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and civil drawings.
- Has an understanding of commercial construction building practices.
- Is driven to deliver a quality project, monitor work in place for accuracy, and follow a project schedule based on plans, specifications, and submittals.
- Can create and maintain a three-week project schedule, updating it weekly using Microsoft Project.
- Is proficient with Microsoft products (Excel, Word, MS Project) and has some experience with web-based project management software (i.e., Procore)

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
