Salary: $19-20/hour
Company is seeking dependable Press Technicians to join their manufacturing team on 1st and 2nd shifts. This is a great opportunity for candidates with experience in press operation, rubber molding, machine operation, and product inspection who are looking for a
stable, full time position. If you're reliable, comfortable using basic hand and air tools, and able to thrive in a fast paced production environment,
we'd love to hear from you!
Key duties and responsibilities may include:
- Operate Rep rubber molding machines.

Remove and de-mold parts.

Inspect products to ensure quality.

Complete required paperwork legibly.

Follow written and verbal work instructions.

Maintain a clean work area and follow general housekeeping and recycling practices.

Follow company policies and quality and environmental systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of general machine operation and inspection practices.

Ability to use basic hand and air tools.

Ability to understand, communicate, and follow oral and written instructions.

Ability to perform moderate physical work, stand for eight hours, and repetitively lift up to 40 pounds.
