We’re looking for a reliable overnight attendant to help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment at our 24-hour cafe. This is a customer-facing role focused on presence, awareness, and basic facility upkeep. A Guard Card is not required, but is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a visible presence inside and around the cafe
- Deter disruptive behavior through professionalism and customer service
- Politely enforce cafe policies and ask non-customers to leave when necessary
- Monitor entrances, exits, and customer activity
- Keep the cafe clean throughout the shift, including taking out trash, wiping tables, sweeping, and restocking supplies
- Report incidents or maintenance issues to management
- Contact emergency services when appropriate
Qualifications:
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Comfortable working overnight independently
- Strong communication and conflict de-escalation skills
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Guard Card preferred but not required

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
