We have openings for full-time and part-time CSA-Customer Service Associates at the St Louis Greyhound Lines bus terminal.
Duties include answering phones, handling passenger baggage, selling tickets, customer assistance, and ensuring terminal cleanliness.
New agents may train by day, but work hours may vary and will include holidays and weekends.
Job Requirements include:
High School Diploma or GED
Previous face-to-face customer service and/or retail experience Stable and verifiable work history (college students always welcome)
Basic PC and keyboard skills (fast two-hand hunt-and-peck typing is OK)
Excellent personal appearance. We adhere to Greyhound policy, which is quite strict.
No visible facial piercings (ear piercings are OK), no chunky jewelry (safety issues).
Ability to stand for long periods, and safely lift bags.

These are permanent positions with pay starting at $15.00/hr+
