Communicates information effectively, appropriately, and with courtesy regarding patient conditions to those who require the information including, physicians, anesthesia, management, staff, patients, families, and visitors.
Perform safe and competent operative nursing care according to the organization’s policy & procedures. Perform safe and competent operating room nursing care according to the organization’s policy & procedures & AORN (Association of Perioperative Registered Nurses) standards and or ASPAN (American Society of Peri Anesthesia Nursing) standards.
Stays up with current regulation of AAAHC, scheduling of nursing staff and OR schedule
