About the Role
As a Heavy Duty Fleet Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring our commercial fleet remains safe, reliable, and road-ready. You will utilize advanced diagnostic tools and your mechanical expertise to perform complex repairs and preventive maintenance, directly impacting our ability to deliver for our customers.
Responsibilities-
Diagnose and resolve complex electrical and mechanical issues on tractors and trailers using JPRO, OEM software, and multimeters.

Execute comprehensive preventive maintenance programs to maximize fleet uptime and equipment longevity.

Conduct thorough DOT inspections in strict accordance with FMCSA safety standards.

Maintain a high standard of shop safety and organization while utilizing provided professional-grade tools and PPE.

Collaborate with the maintenance team to streamline repair workflows and improve overall shop efficiency.

Document all service activities accurately to ensure complete maintenance records for the entire fleet.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in heavy-duty vehicle maintenance or a related technical degree.

Demonstrated proficiency in troubleshooting electrical systems and using diagnostic computer software.

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 75 lbs and working in various positions.

Ability to obtain or currently hold a Class B commercial driver's license.

Active ASE certifications or a strong desire to pursue them with company support.
