Aesthetica LA is seeking an exceptional Patient Experience & Surgical Sales Coordinator to join our growing luxury plastic surgery practice.
This is not a traditional receptionist or scheduling position.
We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people, building trust, uncovering patient motivations, and guiding prospective patients through one of the most important decisions of their lives.
The ideal candidate understands that plastic surgery is about more than procedures. It is about confidence, transformation, and helping patients feel seen, understood, and supported throughout their journey.
This role combines patient experience, consultation support, surgical coordination, and sales. You will be responsible for helping prospective patients move confidently from inquiry to consultation to surgery while delivering a level of service that exceeds expectations.

Compensation
$70,000–$95,000+ expected first-year earnings

What You'll DoPatient Consultation & Sales Support
- Build rapport and establish trust with prospective patients
- Conduct meaningful discovery conversations to understand patient goals, concerns, motivations, and timelines
- Help patients feel comfortable, informed, and confident throughout the decision-making process
- Follow up consistently with prospective patients after consultations
- Navigate objections with empathy and professionalism
- Support consultation-to-surgery conversion efforts
- Maintain ongoing communication with patients throughout their decision journey
- Identify opportunities to enhance patient outcomes through additional treatments and procedures when appropriate
- Support treatment plan discussions and financing conversations
White-Glove Patient Experience
- Deliver a luxury, concierge-level experience at every patient interaction
- Ensure patients feel heard, valued, and supported
- Create memorable experiences that reflect the practice's commitment to excellence
- Serve as a trusted point of contact throughout the patient journey
- Proactively anticipate patient needs and remove friction from the process
- Maintain exceptional communication through phone, text, email, and in-person interactions
Surgical Coordination
- Coordinate surgical scheduling and patient timelines
- Guide patients through pre-operative and post-operative requirements
- Manage deposits, scheduling logistics, and procedural coordination
- Ensure patients understand next steps and expectations
- Maintain accuracy across surgical calendars and scheduling systems
- Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative teams to create a seamless patient experience
Reconstructive & Insurance Patient Support
- Assist reconstructive patients throughout their care journey
- Coordinate insurance verification and authorization processes
- Maintain accurate documentation and communication
- Provide compassionate support while helping patients navigate complex treatment pathways
Pipeline Management & Follow-Up
- Respond promptly to new inquiries and leads
- Maintain organized patient communication and follow-up systems
- Ensure no patient falls through the cracks
- Track activity, conversion metrics, and patient outcomes
- Contribute ideas that improve patient experience and practice growth
- Uphold high standards of accountability and responsiveness

QualificationsPreferred Experience
- 2+ years of experience in plastic surgery, aesthetics, cosmetic dermatology, med spa, fertility, concierge medicine, luxury hospitality, treatment coordination, patient coordination, or consultative sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales, conversion, or revenue goals
- Experience managing high-value client or patient relationships
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience handling sensitive conversations with professionalism and empathy
- Comfortable discussing pricing, financing, and treatment plans
- Experience coordinating surgical cases or treatment plans is a plus
- Experience with CRM or patient management systems is preferred
