We are hiring a full-time Event Marketing Assistant to support in-person marketing campaigns inside retail locations and at local events. This role involves direct customer interaction, product promotion, and assisting with sales activities for client campaigns.
This is an entry-level, in-person position with paid training provided. Employees are expected to work on-site in the Greater Cleveland area.
What You’ll Do
- Set up and maintain marketing displays and promotional materials at retail locations and events
- Speak with customers to provide information about products, services, and current promotions
- Represent client brands in a professional and customer-focused manner
- Assist with executing marketing campaigns and tracking customer engagement
- Support team leads and managers with daily campaign tasks
- Help train new team members on basic responsibilities (after training is completed)
- Contribute to overall sales goals through customer interactions
Requirements
- Must be located in the Cleveland, OH area or able to commute daily
- Full-time availability (this is not a part-time or remote role)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable transportation to and from assigned locations
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a retail/event environment

Pay: $600.00 - $800.00 per week
