About the Role
We are a fast-growing legal tech startup building modern immigration services for individuals, founders, employers, and legal teams.
We are seeking an Immigration Attorney to provide high-quality legal guidance across U.S. immigration matters. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, client-focused, and excited to work at the intersection of immigration law, technology, and operations.
Responsibilities
- Advise clients on U.S. immigration matters, including visas, green cards, adjustment of status, consular processing, and naturalization.
- Prepare and review immigration petitions, forms, legal letters, affidavits, evidence packages, and RFE responses.
- Develop case strategies for individuals, families, founders, professionals, and employers.
- Work with paralegals, legal operations, and product teams to improve workflows, templates, and client experience.
- Stay current on USCIS, DOS, DOL, and immigration policy updates.
- Communicate clearly and timely with clients throughout the immigration process.
- Ensure all legal work meets professional, ethical, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- JD from an accredited law school.
- Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- 2+ years of U.S. immigration law experience.
- Experience with employment-based and family-based immigration matters.
- Familiarity with H-1B, L-1, O-1, TN, PERM, EB-5, EB-1, EB-2 NIW, EB-3, I-485, EAD/AP, consular processing, or naturalization.
- Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases.
- Comfort with legal tech tools, case management systems, and fast-moving startup environments.

Pay: From $90,000.00 per year
