Care For You LLC is seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to provide support services to individuals receiving services through the Department of Developmental Services (DDS).
As a PCA, you will help individuals maintain their independence, achieve personal goals, and actively participate in their communities while receiving the support they need to thrive.
Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting with personal care and daily living activities
- Providing companionship and community support
- Assisting with transportation to appointments, activities, and community outings
- Supporting individuals with meal preparation and household tasks
- Encouraging independence and skill development
- Providing supervision and ensuring a safe environment
- Documenting services and communicating with the care team as needed
Qualifications:
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background screening
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
