BCBA – In-Person Supervision & Initial Assessments
Blossom ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide in-person supervision and initial assessments throughout the Salisbury, MD area.
This role is ideal for a BCBA who enjoys mentoring RBTs, completing assessments, and supporting quality clinical care without the responsibilities of managing an ongoing caseload.

- Conduct initial assessments.
- Provide in-person supervision for clients and RBTs.

- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification.
- Maryland LBA (or ability to obtain one).
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the Salisbury and surrounding areas.
