We are seeking an experienced and motivated Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the daily maintenance operations of one of our managed communities. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for supervising the maintenance team, ensuring the community is well maintained, and delivering exceptional service to residents and the Board of Directors. Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the maintenance team to ensure efficient operations.

Assign, prioritize, and monitor work orders for timely completion.

Perform preventive, routine, and emergency maintenance throughout the community.

Troubleshoot and repair issues related to plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, irrigation, and general maintenance.

Oversee irrigation system inspections, repairs, pumps, and timers.

Conduct regular inspections of buildings, common areas, and equipment to identify and address maintenance needs.

Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors to ensure quality workmanship.

Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies, equipment, and tools.

Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and company safety policies.

Assist with budgeting, capital improvement projects, and long-term maintenance planning.

Respond to after-hours emergencies and participate in the on-call rotation as needed.

Communicate professionally with residents, management, vendors, and Board members.

Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role preferred.

Experience in condominium, HOA, apartment, or commercial property maintenance.

Strong knowledge of general building maintenance, plumbing, electrical troubleshooting, carpentry, painting, pressure cleaning, irrigation systems, and preventive maintenance.

Experience supervising employees, scheduling work, and managing maintenance projects.

Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals and work orders.

Valid driver's license.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.
$20.00$25.00 per hour, based on experience. This is a full-time position, MondayFriday, 7:00 AM 3:30 PM, with on-call responsibilities.
Offered compensation: $20/hr - $25/hr
