Looking for a Tech Geek / AV Specialist (We’ll Teach You the Rest!)
Hey there! Are you the person your family calls when the Wi-Fi goes down or a new TV needs to be hooked up? Do you spend your free time building PCs, gaming, or just messing around with new tech gadgets?

We are looking for someone to join our team who is genuinely into technology. You don't need a fancy degree or 5 years of corporate experience. If you’re a "geek" at heart and love figuring out how things work, you already have the foundation we’re looking for.
What You’ll Be Doing:
This is a hybrid role—you won't be stuck staring at a screen all day, but you won't be sweating in the field 24/7 either. It’s a mix of both:
- In the Office: Handling basic office work, organizing things on the computer, and keeping us moving smoothly.
- In the Field: Setting up Sonos sound systems, installing Ring cameras, talking to our awesome clients, and eventually learning how to troubleshoot complex setups when things go sideways.
What We’re Looking For:
- Basic Tech Know-How: You know the difference between an HDMI and a DisplayPort. You know how to navigate a PC. If you’re a PC gamer who tweaks their own settings, you’re already a great fit.
- The Right Attitude: We can teach you how to program a system, but we can't teach you how to be a good human. We need someone positive, friendly, and ready to learn.
- A Problem-Solver Mindset: When something doesn't work, your first instinct should be "let me figure this out," not "I give up."
- Reliability: This one is huge. When we say we start at a certain time, we mean it. Our clients are waiting for us, and the rest of the team relies on you to show up on time and ready to roll.
