Seeking dependable and mechanically inclined CNC Machine Operators to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position assists in the safe production of quality products by setting up, operating, monitoring, and adjusting CNC machinery while performing inspections and maintaining production standards.

Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC machines according to established procedures.
Operate machine switches, buttons, controls, and displays.
Monitor and adjust machinery to maintain proper operation.
Load and unload parts from machines as required.
Visually inspect metal components for defects and quality issues.
Use calipers, gauges, and other measuring devices to verify part specifications.
Record production and quality information accurately.
Assist with machine and production changeovers.
Respond promptly to machine alarms, lights, and other signals.
Perform routine cleaning and 5S tasks.
Follow all company safety rules, procedures, and regulations.
Requirements
Previous CNC machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred.
Experience with grinding, assembly, broaching, and/or turning operations preferred.
Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to operate machine controls.
Experience using calipers, gauges, and other measuring instruments.
Ability to follow written, verbal, and diagram-based instructions.
Ability to recognize and respond promptly to machine sound and light signals.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout an 8–10 hour shift.
Must be able to occasionally lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
This is a physically active manufacturing position.
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
