Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented part time Office Administrator to join our Exacta Graphics, Inc. (EGI) team. This person will be solely responsible for overseeing the day to day administrative operations of our organization, supporting the EGI Production Team, and answering directly to the General Manager. The major part of the role involves bookkeeping using QuickBooks for AR, AP, Payroll, Deposits, Invoicing, etc..., while also supporting the EGI Team by maintaining administrative order in the front office area and overseeing HR (Health Insurance, Vacation & PTO, etc...). A solid knowledge of Ofice equipment IT is a plus!

Responsibilities:
- Manage company financials using QuickBooks
- Manage all employee related files and HR needs
- Support the EGI team so they can effectively do their production work
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence
- Assist in the preparation of reports, budgets, presentations, and other documents
- Maintain accurate company records and files
- Collaborate with vendors for office maintenance, purchasing and supplies
- Assist in event planning and coordination
Experience:
- Proven experience in office administration
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of office procedures and technology equipment
- Familiarity with vendor management processes
- Experience with phone systems and handling incoming calls
- Previous experience in printing industry or manufacturing office management is a plus
