Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Mole Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing mole populations in our clients' yards through setting traps. This is a hands-on, outdoor position that requires a proactive and problem-solving mindset. Responsibilities:
- Travel to residential and commercial properties to assess and identify mole activity.
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans using company-approved mole trapping techniques.
- Set, monitor, and remove mole traps as needed to effectively control and remove mole populations.
- Conduct follow-up visits to ensure the effectiveness of treatments and address any ongoing client concerns.
- Communicate professionally with clients to explain the treatment process and provide recommendations for preventing future mole issues.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed, including products used and time spent at each property.
- Operate and maintain all company equipment in a safe and responsible manner.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in pest control, wildlife management, or landscaping is preferred but not required.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Physical ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform tasks that include walking, kneeling, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing high-quality service.
Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, with the potential for weekend work as needed to meet customer demand.
Compensation:
The pay range for this position is $40,000 to $45,000 per year.
