As a Pet Groomer, you will be responsible for the grooming and care of various breeds of dogs, ensuring they look their best while also prioritizing their comfort and well-being.
Responsibilities
- Perform grooming tasks including bathing, brushing, trimming, and nail clipping for dogs and other pets.
- Assess the condition of each animal's coat and skin to determine appropriate grooming techniques.
- Maintain a clean and organized grooming area, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized after each use.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating with pet owners about grooming options and aftercare.
- Handle animals safely and comfortably, using proper animal restraint techniques when necessary.
- Monitor the health and behavior of pets during grooming sessions, reporting any concerns to pet owners or management.
