What You’ll Do:
- Provide emergency roadside services including flat tire changes, lockouts, fuel delivery, battery testing/replacement, and jumpstarts
- Stock, install, and maintain car and truck batteries
- Operate service vehicles while following strict safety standards
- Keep tools, paperwork, receipts, and cash bag accurate and organized
- Maintain a clean, professional vehicle inside and out
- Deliver courteous, calm, and empathetic service to members in need
What You Bring:
- Clean driver’s license (non-CDL acceptable for service vehicle or flatbed)
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Automotive knowledge and mechanical aptitude
- Strong customer service and communication skills
