As a Weekend Warrior RN, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional clinical care and providing leadership to our nursing team during weekend shifts.

Premium Weekend Pay
$10,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time RNs
Supportive leadership team
Modern, resident-centered skilled nursing community
Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Assess resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and families.
Supervise and support STNAs and LPNs.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure exceptional resident outcomes.
Promote a safe, positive, and caring environment for residents and staff.
Current Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Long-term care experience preferred but not required.
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Passion for providing exceptional care to seniors.
