Office Manager / Bookkeeper (Part-Time)
Lakeside Swimming Pools is seeking a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Office Manager / Bookkeeper to join our team.
This is a part-time position (approximately 20–25 hours per week) with a flexible schedule. We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a small business environment and can help keep our office running efficiently while supporting our day-to-day bookkeeping and administrative operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable
- General bookkeeping and data entry
- Customer invoicing and payment processing
- Answering phones and assisting customers
- Scheduling and general office support
- Maintaining organized records and files
- Assisting with payroll and other administrative tasks as needed
- Cross-training to support office operations and provide coverage when necessary
Qualifications:
- Previous bookkeeping and/or office management experience preferred
- Experience with QuickBooks is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Reliable, trustworthy, and professional
Position Details:
- Part-time (20–25 hours per week)
