Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual (Chinese & English) Customer Success Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the vital link between our clients and our innovative SaaS (Software as a Service) solutions, ensuring seamless onboarding, ongoing support, and long-term satisfaction. Your energetic approach will help foster strong relationships, drive customer success, and contribute to our mission of making business easier for our customers worldwide.
What You'll Do
- Support customers using our freight forwarding software
- Guide customers through onboarding, training, and daily system use
- Quickly understanding customer needs and provide practical solutions
- Build long-term relationships with existing customers
- Help identify and develop new customer opportunities
- Communicate clearly and professionally in Chinese and English
Qualification
- Fluent in Chinese and English (spoken and written)
- Customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills
- Interest in software, technology, and problem-solving
- Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or SaaS is a plus, but not required
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (US Citizens or Permanent Residents only)
