Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $23 - $25 / hour*
What You'll Be Doing as an Electrician:
- Independent installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, including troubleshooting of motors, controls, and power distribution equipment
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex electrical faults with minimal supervision; train and direct apprentices or helpers on routine tasks; manage workload effectively; prioritize service calls; and operate specialized diagnostic and testing equipment.
- Works independently and may report to a journeyman, foreman, or facilities supervisor, with little to no direct oversight required

Job Requirements:
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady
- Experience with panel and switchgear work, PLCs, control circuits, and preventive maintenance programs
- Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and applicable local codes, three-phase power systems, motor controls and VFDs, blueprint and schematic reading, and basic instrumentation and control theory
