________________________________________________________________________________
Kaleidoscope Connections, PLLC is hiring a part-time BCBA to take on a part-time or full-time caseload of clients. We are seeking a clinician who aligns with trauma-informed, ethical ABA practices and wants to be part of a company actively working to shape the future of behavior analysis.
This role may transition to a full-time salaried position depending on goodness of fit, reliability, and consistency with meeting expectations.
About Us
Kaleidoscope Connections is clinician-owned and operated. This means every person on our team has been- or currently is- an ABA clinician.
We are committed to trauma-informed, assent-based services, and our clinical decision-making reflects a genuine dedication to individualized, progressive care. We don’t commit to a single intervention style. Instead, our clinical decisions are guided by what is meaningful for the client- not by billing expectations or a one-size-fits-all framework.
We strive to apply the same values we use in clinical work to how we support our team. We believe in:
· Creating systems that support clinician success
· Paying clinicians fairly
· Incorporating staff input meaningfully
· Using reinforcement and recognition to support performance
· Valuing clinician experience as a core part of high-quality client care
Kaleidoscope Connections also works intentionally to uphold a culture that aligns with our company values. Our clinical outcomes, family feedback, and low behavior technician turnover reflect this commitment.
We operate based on six core values:
· Social Validity – We pursue meaningful, client-centered outcomes.
· Client Dignity – We seek assent and use trauma-informed practices across learning opportunities.
· Caregiver Involvement – We empower families to support generalization and sustained progress.
· Progressive Care – We integrate contemporary research while maintaining treatment integrity.
· Equitable Services – We work to expand access for underserved and marginalized communities.
· Celebrating Diversity – We honor individual strengths and help clients thrive authentically.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for clinicians who want to help shape the next phase of our organization. For the right fit, growth opportunities exist in areas such as Quality Assurance, Intake & Onboarding, Head of BCBA Trainee Supervision, Head of RBT Supervision, and Clinical Development.
