We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Wash Bay Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of construction rental equipment through thorough washing, detailing, and custodial services. Responsibilities
- Operate wash equipment safely and efficiently to deliver a high-quality cleaning experience for each piece of equipment
- Perform detailed machine cleaning tasks including exterior and interior washing and cleaning to ensure customer satisfaction
- Inspection of equipment for damages and needed repairs
- Maintain cleanliness of the wash bay area and organizing tools and supplies
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and ensuring a positive experience throughout the service process
- Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or damage during vehicle cleaning procedures
Skills
- Strong background in service work with attention to detail focus on quality results
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Experience with buffing, polishing, and window tinting techniques preferred
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively
- Basic driving skills for moving construction equipment within the wash bay area when necessary
- Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Ability to work well with a team in a fast paced environment
- Prior janitorial or custodial experience that emphasizes thoroughness and efficiency

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
