Maintenance Technician

Pay: $28–$37p/h (DOE)
Shifts: Multiple shifts available
Position Summary
Seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment. This is a hands-on multi-craft role requiring strong mechanical/electrical skills and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical and structural equipment issues.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
- Troubleshoot PLCs and electrical systems and read electrical prints/schematics.
- Install, wire, diagnose and repair production and facility equipment.
- Complete work orders and maintenance records using CMMS.
- Perform basic welding/fabrication.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks and aerial lifts.
Requirements
- 3+ years industrial maintenance experience; 5+ preferred.
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- PLC troubleshooting experience preferred.
- Ability to read electrical schematics/prints.
- Basic welding experience.
- Manufacturing/OSHA safety knowledge.
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and work at heights/in dusty environments.
- Flexible to work various shifts, overtime and weekends as required.
