Quality Home Services is looking for Retail Lead Generators to work in local retail stores with the purpose of interacting with guests and generating leads!

Pay, Schedule & Benefits:
- Base Pay: $17 an hour plus bonuses (paid weekly)

Job Duties:
1. Obtain 15-20 leads per hour. (Typical shifts are 4-5).
2. Follow all policies and procedures regarding hours, schedules, and the handling of leads.
3. Follow check-in/out policies, including use of company time-keeping system.
4. Greet customers with a friendly and helpful attitude and provide them information on our promotions and offerings.
5. Attend weekly team meetings for progress reports, updates, ongoing education and training, as scheduled.
Must be willing to consent to background check post acceptance of offer and ability to travel to local area stores as scheduled.
