What You'll Be Doing:
DRIVING SALES & CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT
- Be a passionate BRITTO Brand Ambassador.
- Deliver the BRITTO Experience through warm greetings, thoughtful engagement, storytelling, and personalized clienteling.
- Build meaningful relationships to drive repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Leverage product knowledge and brand storytelling to turn browsers into enthusiastic collectors.
STORE OPERATIONS
- Operate the POS system and manage retail inventory with precision.
- Support daily inventory counts and stock accuracy.
- Assist management in sales processes and client interactions.
- Maintain and update client email lists and support other service tasks as needed.
VISUAL MERCHANDISING & PRESENTATION
- Maintain immaculate store standards and daily cleanliness.
- Merchandise product displays and hang artwork with artistic precision.
- Ensure daily restocking and replenishment of merchandise.
- Receive and handle new artwork and returns with care, wrapping and padding appropriately.
ADDITIONAL TASKS
- Support special events and store initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned to keep our colorful world turning smoothly.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- 1+ year of retail experience.
- Strong communication skills in English
- Solid Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Excellent attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- Outgoing personality with a passion for people, creativity, and sales.
- Ability to work flexible shifts—including evenings and weekends.
- Physically able to stand for long periods (up to 80% of shift) and lift up to 35 lbs.
