Member Duties : Housing Forward recognizes that data is essential in reducing homelessness and allocating resources effectively. Rigorous data helps us identify gaps in services, secure new funding and partnerships, and meet changing community needs. In collaboration with the System Performance Team, the Data Analytics VISTA will monitor data quality reports; identify, develop and implement data process improvements; enhance staff training modules; and present meaningful outcome reports to stakeholders. By the end of their service, the VISTA will improve data processes for staff training and client satisfaction, as well as develop a data training manual. They will analyze, interpret, and present data to be used by the Development team in community engagement efforts. The VISTA’s data analysis and process enhancements will improve client outcomes and ensure effective and sustainable service provision long after their term ends.
