Our services include weekly maintenance, equipment repair and upgrades, which means our repair techs have a steady pipeline of work coming from our maintenance customer base. The Role
This is a full-time, W-2 position based in the Lewisville area, Monday through Friday. As our Swimming Pool Repair Technician, you'll diagnose equipment problems, write accurate estimates, recommend the right fix to the customer, and complete the repair. You'll work independently from a fully stocked company repair van with the backing of an established service operation behind you.
Overtime is available depending on workload, so strong techs can add meaningfully to their weekly hours during busy season.

What You'll Do
- Diagnose issues with pumps, motors, filters, heaters, automation systems, control panels, and pool plumbing
- Perform equipment repairs, replacements, installs, and system upgrades (above-ground repairs)
- Write estimates and clearly explain the problem and recommended fix to homeowners
- Perform drain and cleans, one-time cleans, and other standalone pool services
- Keep your van stocked, organized, and ready to roll
What We're Looking For
- Proven swimming pool repair experience: motor and pump replacements, filter and heater repairs, control panels, plumbing and electrical repairs, and problem diagnosis
- TDLR (RAIL) and CPO licenses preferred but not required. Must be willing and able to obtain them (we sponsor)
- Able to work effectively unsupervised and manage your own day
- Customer service oriented, with the ability to explain pool issues in plain language
- Physically able to lift and carry 50 to 100 lbs routinely, work outdoors year-round in Texas weather, and swim
- Comfortable working around dogs
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must pass a background check and drug test
