We are seeking experienced Sheet Metal Foreman in commercial heating and air conditioning in San Antonio, Texas. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of recent experience as a foreman overseeing commercial HVAC projects.
JOB DUTIES:

Supervises HVAC workers

Develop work schedules

Ensure project are at or under budget

Report project progress to superiors

Be a liaison between construction workers and supervisors

Ensure workers are using safety practices

Performa quality checks
QUALIFICATIONS:

Ability to communicate in English and Spanish will be a plus

Excellent communication skills

Must have experience with commercial new construction and remodeling

Excellent knowledge of commercial heating and air conditioning
