What You'll Do
- Welcome every guest with warmth and professionalism
- Manage reservations and waitlists using OpenTable
- Coordinate seating to ensure smooth dining room flow
- Communicate effectively with managers and servers throughout service
- Answer phones and assist guests with reservations and inquiries
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming entrance and host stand
- Support the front-of-house team wherever needed to create an exceptional guest experience
What We're Looking For
- Positive, outgoing personality with a genuine passion for hospitality
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to stay calm and composed during busy services
- Attention to detail and a team-first attitude
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Evening and weekend availability
- Restaurant or customer service experience is preferred but not required - we're happy to train the right person.
