We provide safety-first, reliable care for pets and peace of mind for the people who love them.
We are looking for a proactive, highly organized, pet-loving Operations Coordinator / Assistant Manager to help keep our daily services running smoothly.
--------
This role is for someone who does not just wait to be told what to do. We need someone who notices what needs attention, communicates clearly, follows through, solves problems, and takes ownership of the details that make a service business run well.
This is not a desk-only role. The right person will be comfortable supporting both the people side and the pet care side of the business. Some hands-on dog walking, pet visits, playgroup support, client communication, schedule coverage, and urgent problem-solving may be part of the role.
This could be a great fit for someone with experience in pet care, dog walking, veterinary care, dog daycare, boarding, rescue, customer service, scheduling, operations, team coordination, small business support, or service-based management.
