At Cartrefi Conwy, we believe tenants should help shape the services they receive. Were looking for a Tenant Voice Coordinator to help us listen, learn and act on what matters most to our communities.
This role is all about making sure tenants are heard and that their views lead to real change.
What youll be doing
- Organising and supporting tenant groups, events and meetings

Helping colleagues involve tenants in decisions

Gathering feedback through surveys and engagement activities

Making sure we close the loop and tell tenants whats changed

Keeping clear records and evidence of tenant involvement

Building strong relationships with tenants, partners and colleagues

Leading the development and delivery of our Tenant Voice Strategy and action plan, ensuring this supports our Corporate Plan priorities and meets Welsh Government regulatory standards

Supporting our aim to actively listen, use feedback to improve services, and amplify tenant voice in decisionmaking
What were looking for
- Experience working with people in a community or customer-focused role

Strong communication skills

Ability to organise and manage your workload
