Treasure Minds ABA Services is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in the North Port / Port Charlotte area. We are currently providing home-based, school-based, and community-based ABA services.
We welcome both experienced BCBAs and newly certified BCBAs.
Responsibilities
* Conduct ABA assessments and reassessments
* Develop individualized behavior plans
* Supervise and support RBTs
* Provide parent/caregiver training
* Monitor patient progress and clinical data
* Complete required clinical documentation
* Assist with prior authorization and reauthorization documentation
Requirements
* Active BCBA certification
* Good communication and organizational skills
* Reliable and professional
* Willing to work with children and families in home, school, and community settings
* Florida Medicaid enrollment preferred, but not required
Schedule
* Part-time
* Flexible schedule
* Opportunity to increase hours as the caseload grows
Compensation
A monthly Lead Analyst retainer plus additional compensation for billable clinical services.
Compensation may vary based on caseload and billable hours.
Newly certified BCBAs are encouraged to apply.
Pay: $79,040.00 - $158,080.00 per year
