We are seeking an experienced Data Architect with deep expertise in Azure and modern cloud-based data platforms. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and govern scalable, secure, and innovative data solutions to support enterprise-wide data initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Architect and implement data solutions leveraging Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS), Microsoft Purview, Databricks, and Snowflake.
- Lead enterprise data strategy, including architecture, lifecycle management, and data governance.
- Define and enforce standards for data modeling, warehousing, and architectural patterns (Data Mesh, Lakehouse, etc.).
- Drive platform architecture and performance optimization for large-scale ETL/ELT workloads.
- Provide technical leadership to engineering teams and mentor best practices in data design.
- Evaluate emerging technologies to drive innovation and business value.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align data architecture with organizational strategy.
Qualifications:
- Proven expertise with Azure data services and modern data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake).
- Strong background in data modeling, data lakes, and cloud-native architectures.
- Experience in data governance, lifecycle management, and enterprise data strategy.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to align technical solutions with business objectives.
