Duties
- Perform a variety of esthetic treatments including custom facials, Hydrafacials, waxing, lash lifts, and skin assessments.
- Conduct specialized services like hair threading, makeup application, and aesthetic treatments tailored to individual client needs.
- Maintain thorough medical records using electronic medical record (EMR) systems, documenting treatment details accurately and securely.
- Adhere strictly to sanitation and infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and post-treatment care to enhance results and client satisfaction.
- Assist with sales of skincare products and treatment packages to support business growth.
- Stay current with industry trends in color theory, anatomy knowledge, and new aesthetic techniques to continuously improve service quality.
Skills
- Proven experience in esthetic treatments such as dermabrasion, eyelash extensions, body waxing, and laser therapy.

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with diverse clients.
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and infection control practices essential for maintaining a safe treatment environment.
- Familiarity with cosmetology licensing requirements and state regulations governing esthetic practices.
- Basic understanding of anatomy relevant to skin health and aesthetic procedures.
- Competence in using EMR systems for record keeping and appointment scheduling.
- Skills in sales techniques to promote products and treatments effectively while maintaining excellent client relationships.
- Willingness to create content for social media platforms.
