La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Mebane is looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join our Maintenance Team!

The Maintenance Engineer provides support to the Chief Engineer assuring that the building, equipment, and grounds of the hotel are maintained in a safe, economical, efficient, and attractive fashion, consistent with hotel policies and procedures.
Must have a working knowledge of all maintenance functions including but not limited to HVAC, Mechanical/Electrical, Plumbing, and basic construction. The key to excellent performance in this position is organization, leadership skills, and the ability to manage several projects at one time.
- Ensures implementation of all maintenance programs.
- Ensures that quality maintenance services, which meet guest needs and enhance safety, are rendered by department and outside contractors.
- Knowledge of safety and security issues is a must.
- Assists guests with any special problems that may arise.
- Other duties as assigned by Chief Engineer
