Role Overview:
- Manage clinic operations including scheduling, hiring, coaching, and staffing
- Hit monthly goals related to membership, rebooking, and retail performance
- Provide a world-class customer experience through team leadership
- Run daily huddles, performance reviews, and lead from the front
