Arco Logistics is looking for a reliable CDL Class A Driver for local and regional dry van freight.
The position includes a mix of local Southern California deliveries and regional trips. This is a good position for a driver who wants to stay closer to home than traditional OTR while still having consistent work and the opportunity to earn strong weekly pay.
Pay:
- Average weekly pay: $1,500–$1,800, depending on miles, routes, and availability
- Local work and regional trips available
- Weekly pay
- Extra pay for detention, layovers, and additional stops when applicable
Schedule:
- Mix of local and regional work
- Local routes may allow the driver to return home the same day
- Regional trips may require occasional overnight stays
- Weekend availability may be needed
- Schedule and start times may vary based on customer appointments and workload
- Drivers who request days off in advance will be accommodated whenever possible
Responsibilities:
- Pick up and deliver freight safely and on time
- Complete local and regional dry van runs
- Communicate with dispatch and use tracking apps when required
- Submit PODs and paperwork on time
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Keep equipment clean and report mechanical issues promptly
- Follow all DOT and safety regulations
Requirements:
- CDL Class A
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable CDL experience
- Must be flexible with local and regional routes
- Must be available for occasional weekend work
- Must be able to use phone apps for tracking and communication
- Clean driving record preferred
