Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and friendly Ice Cream Scoopers to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while serving delicious ice cream treats. You will play a key role in creating a fun and enjoyable experience for our customers, ensuring they leave with a smile. Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take their orders efficiently.
- Scoop and serve ice cream in various sizes and flavors.
- Operate the cash register, handling cash and credit transactions accurately.
- Assist with upselling additional items such as toppings, cones, and beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area and kitchen.
- Help restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns.
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the highest quality of products.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or the food industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change.
- Experience with cash handling is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
