- 3+ years in the Hospitality industry
- Current TABC and Texas Food Manager certifications
- Current mixologist education
- Knowledge of modern POS systems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays
- Must be able to pass a background check
Taking inventory, ordering supplies, managing budgets and setting goals.
Hiring, training and scheduling staff to provide excellent and efficient service.
Ability to work independently, as well as lead, manage, and motivate a team.
Communicate company policy, standards and procedures to staff.
Promote and practice compliance with fire, health , safety and hygiene standards and regulations.
Diffuse and resolve conflicts efficiently and properly
Maintain a fun and safe atmosphere for patrons and employees.
