Responsibilities
- Operate your own authority safely and professionally.
- Accept and complete loads that fit your schedule and preferred lanes.
- Maintain active communication with your dispatcher.
- Submit required paperwork (BOLs and PODs) promptly.
- Keep insurance, FMCSA authority, and operating documents current.
- Deliver freight on time while providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Active MC & DOT Authority (6+ months preferred).
- Owner-Operator or Small Fleet (1–10 trucks).
- We welcome Box Trucks, Dry Vans, Reefers, Flatbeds, and Hotshots.
- Valid commercial insurance and active operating authority.
- Reliable communication by phone, text, and email.
- Professional attitude and commitment to on-time service.
