Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented JANITOR to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning and maintenance tasks, with a focus on both residential and commercial spaces.
Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors.
- Maintain the cleanliness of restrooms, facility, and common areas.
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed, including minor repairs and upkeep of equipment.
- Carry out custodial duties, ensuring high standards of cleanliness are met.
- Respond promptly to cleaning requests and maintain an organized supply inventory.
- Adhere to safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Skills
- Strong ability to maintain cleanliness in gym environments.
- Knowledge of custodial practices and facilities maintenance procedures.
