Job Summary
Looking to hire an experienced CNC Machinist for 2ND or 3RD SHIFT with Mill and/or Lathe experience.
Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC milling machines and CNC lathes, primarily utilizing DMG Mori or Haas Controls.
- Develop and modify CNC programs using CAM programming software to optimize machining processes.
- Read and interpret detailed blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) specifications to ensure accurate production.
- Perform precise measurements using calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and coordinate measuring machines to verify part dimensions.
- Maintain high standards of safety by properly handling tooling, power tools, hand tools while adhering to safety protocols.
- Conduct routine machine maintenance and calibration to ensure consistent performance.
- Support lean manufacturing initiatives by identifying opportunities for process improvements and waste reduction.
Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
