We are currently leveraging our expansion to hire two (2) separate, dedicated Sales Executive roles in Southern California. Candidates will be aligned to one of the following distinct territories based on their location and active book of business:
- Territory 1: Central / West Los Angeles
- Territory 2: Inland Empire (Riverside / San Bernardino)
We’re looking for top-performing, all-star sales executives with established retail relationships, a strong book of business, and the drive to crush revenue targets. If you know the SoCal cannabis industry, live for closing deals, and can manage $300K–$1M+ in revenue, we want you. This is your chance to sell a product that practically sells itself — with an aggressive commission structure to match your hustle.

What You’ll Do
As a Sales Executive, you will:
- Drive revenue by building and nurturing relationships with dispensaries, retailers, and key accounts across your designated SoCal territory.
- Represent Natura’s portfolio of high-demand cannabis brands, with a focus on Sluggers.
- Develop and execute aggressive sales strategies to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities while managing your existing accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment, brand representation, and customer satisfaction.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and evolving customer preferences.
- Represent Natura at local trade shows, pop-ups, events, and industry networking opportunities.
This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and commission-driven — perfect for a high-energy, self-motivated sales professional ready to make a real impact.
Who You Are
- Proven cannabis industry sales experience, with active retail/dispensary relationships in Southern California (specifically LA or the Inland Empire).
- Track record of consistently hitting or exceeding sales targets — ideally managing $300K–$1M+ in revenue.
- A natural closer with exceptional negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, aggressive, and hungry to grow your specific territory and book of business.
- Knowledgeable about the cannabis market, product trends, and consumer behavior.
- Collaborative and able to work across teams while owning your revenue goals.
- Passionate about cannabis and ready to represent a brand that sells itself.
Compensation & Perks
- Base Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 DOE

Details
- Reports to: Sales Leadership
- Supervisory Responsibilities: May include managing junior sales staff in the future.
- Environment: Remote, field-based sales within your designated SoCal territory. Requires daily travel to local dispensaries and retail accounts, with regular exposure to raw cannabis flower and products.
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to talk, hear, stand, walk, handle products, transport samples, and engage in dynamic field sales activities.
