Ultimate Medical Center & Spa is seeking a highly experienced, skilled, and motivated Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner to join our growing aesthetic team.
We are looking for a provider who is passionate about advanced aesthetic medicine, comfortable working independently, and interested in offering patients more than traditional Botox and fillers.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with a combination of injectables, energy-based technologies, minimally invasive procedures, and advanced aesthetic treatment planning.
Responsibilities may include:
- Performing comprehensive aesthetic consultations and facial assessments.
- Developing individualized treatment plans based on anatomy, patient goals, and clinical indications.
- Performing neuromodulator treatments, including Botox, Dysport, or equivalent products.
- Performing dermal filler treatments, including lip augmentation and facial balancing.
- Performing advanced injection techniques with a strong understanding of facial anatomy and injection safety.
- Performing and/or developing expertise in Endolaser treatments and other minimally invasive aesthetic procedures.
- Operating and incorporating different aesthetic and energy-based devices into individualized treatment plans.
- Combining device-based treatments with injectables and other aesthetic services when clinically appropriate.
- Evaluating patients for appropriate candidates for device-based and minimally invasive treatments.
- Providing regenerative and advanced aesthetic treatments such as PRP/PRF and other regenerative procedures, as applicable to scope and training.
- Working with biostimulators such as Sculptra or Radiesse is a strong plus.
- Recognizing, preventing, and appropriately managing aesthetic complications within scope and established protocols.
- Providing detailed patient education, aftercare instructions, and treatment maintenance plans.
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation, treatment records, and before-and-after photography.
- Contributing new techniques, treatment concepts, protocols, and clinical expertise to expand our aesthetic service menu.

What We Are Looking For
- Active Florida APRN / Nurse Practitioner license.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on medical aesthetics experience preferred.
- Demonstrated independent experience with injectables.
- Strong experience with neuromodulators and dermal fillers.
- Excellent understanding of facial anatomy and injection safety.
- Experience with aesthetic devices and/or minimally invasive procedures strongly preferred.
- Endolaser experience is highly desirable.
- Strong consultation, communication, and patient education skills.
- Professional, reliable, detail-oriented, and patient-focused.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with the clinical team.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
- Portfolio of before-and-after results is strongly encouraged.

Compensation
$60–$70/hour
Schedule
Part-time: approximately 2–3 days per week
