Warehouse Associate (Picking, Packing, Receiving) – Fast-Paced Fulfillment
We are a growing fulfillment and warehouse operation looking for reliable, detail-oriented team members to support order picking, packing, and receiving. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where accuracy and consistency are critical.
This is not an entry-level warehouse role — we are looking for individuals who can follow processes, work efficiently, and maintain high standards with minimal supervision.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Pick customer orders accurately using warehouse systems and/or scanners
- Pack and label shipments according to specific client requirements
- Verify item quantities, SKUs, and condition before shipping
- Receive incoming shipments, inspect for accuracy, and organize inventory
- Build and wrap pallets for outbound shipments
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Follow structured workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Communicate issues (damaged items, missing inventory, etc.) clearly and quickly
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in warehouse picking, packing, or fulfillment
- Strong attention to detail (accuracy is more important than speed)
- Ability to follow instructions and repeat processes consistently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active environment
- Able to work independently and stay on task without constant supervision
- Reliable and consistent attendance
Preferred (but not required)
- Experience using warehouse systems (WMS) or RF scanners
- Previous experience with order accuracy, inventory, or shipping workflows
Requirements
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Able to stand and move for most of the shift
- Available to work 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Must pass a background check
Schedule & Hours
- Full-time
- Typically ~40 hours/week
- Must be open to flexible hours during busy periods
