Comfort Dental Studio is seeking a friendly, organized, and patient-focused Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing team on a full-time basis. Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients, creating a warm and welcoming first impression
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments
- Answer phones, respond to patient inquiries, and handle scheduling requests
- Verify dental insurance and communicate coverage and benefits to patients
- Collect co-pays and process patient payments
- Maintain accurate patient records and update information using Dentrix
- Coordinate patient flow between the front desk and clinical team
- Manage recall and reactivation lists to keep the schedule full
- Handle daily administrative tasks, including filing, correspondence, and record-keeping
- Deliver exceptional customer service and help create a positive patient experience
Qualifications
- Front desk, receptionist, or dental office experience preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Experience with dental insurance verification is a plus
- Experience with Dentrix is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and strong commitment to patient care
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented mindset
